I have had numerous problems with service after the sale, primarily delivery. We are now on our 4th call for delivery of an item (due to damage and missing parts). Almost every scheduled time has been significantly late and none of our requests for specific time frames were honored.

After a good in-store experience we now are going to write an extremely negative review due to the above issues. We will not recommend nor ever purchase at your store again.

Additionally, it has been proposed that the damaged furniture be repaired and redelivered. We paid for new furniture and that proposal is unacceptable.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

I liked: Sales reps, Sales rep.

I didn't like: Customer solution.
