Horrible Company
Conned by Bob Mills Bed Match Sleep Spa
If you're in the market for a new bed, DO NOT fall for Bob Mills Furniture's ridiculous #SleepSpa advertisements. We bought the mattress their computer diagnostic system said we needed with the adjustable mood base that raises and lowers for a total, outrageous cost of $7,000! It was delivered December 22, 2018 and IT WAS AWFUL!
We went to the store 2 days later and told them how sore we were and we just wanted our money back. Well, of course, they don't give refunds on mattresses, but would allow an exchange for a mattress of equal or more value with a 10% restocking fee if we allowed at least 21 days to "allow our joints to adjust." Lol! Joints do not adjust to your bed, but whatever, we agreed to allow time to get use to this $5,000 FLOOR we were conned into buying just so we wouldn't be out anymore money.
Two days later we were hurting so bad, my husband called back up to the store and told them the bed just was not working for us and they could either come pick the bed up or he'd leave it at their front door. They agreed to an exchange, but we still got screwed out of the restocking fee and the new mattress difference. But, our backs were killing us so WHATEVER!
We got the new bed delivered Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019. Despite being out $700 more, the mattress is more comfortable, but wait! There's more!!!Yesterday the friggin $2,000 adjustable base broke!!! HA! Some little plastic piece around the motor that controls the foot of the bed just shattered and collapsed... while I was laying on it with a thrown out back! I called my husband at work and said, "These people!! The friggin bed just broke!!" He called the store we got the bed from, they gave him another number to call, so I called that number and was given another number to call!! I called that number and they were already closed for the weekend! My husband called our local store back and the manager said he'd see if they can get us another plastic piece to replace the one that broke. NO!!!! We haven't even had this piece of *** for a month, it should not already need to be fixed. I'm so sick of getting screwed!!!!

Terrible quality of material on livingroom sets
Delivery and Service SUCKS
We purchased a bedroom suite for a spare bedroom. Paid cash for it!
Bought it the middle of September. It would be 3-4 weeks before everything was in. After we had to call several times to check on the missing pieces they said they could deliver the Friday of Thanksgiving week. We told them we weren't going to be in town and could they come the following week.
They wouldn't budge. Even after all the time we had waited and all the phone calls we had made. So here it is the beginning of December and still don't have the rest of what we bought.
I wouldn't shop Bob Mills if it was the only furniture store there was! Never, ever will I darken the doors of a Bob Mills!

Great! Jimmy and Sean in Truck 27 showed on time and was willing to help move furniture for us

Bob Mills Furniture purchase - poor quality/no resolution
in the last week I Spent $3300 on a Franklin Duke Power sofa, Franklin Duke recliner, sofa table, Elements Beckett storage bed & night stands. The storage bed was put together very rushed poorly by Bob Mills delivery team which resulted in drawer track breaking on the drawer to the bed.
The stitching on the sofa unraveled in less than 9 months. The massage motors vibrated the batting out of the sofa and on to the floor. Purchase was 8/16, complaint filed 5/17, it is 2/18 and my sofa has still not been repaired. For the past 8 months I have sent/received over 20 emails from 5 different solution center specialists, 2 managers (1 in Tulsa & 1 in Ok City) and multiple phone calls and my sofa still has not been repaired.
There is very little traffic on this furniture. I am a middle aged person whom lives alone with no children or pets. Now, the batting in the recliners is collapsing & the recliners aren't even comfortable due to this. I also paid $199 for "SMARTBUY FURNITURE CARE PROTECTION" plan.
I have finally given up after multiple empty promises from the team at Bob Mills. I will never shop there again. Don't sell a product that you won't stand behind. Don't make promises & not deliver.
What good is purchasing a furniture protection plan if 6 months later it doesn't help? I don't like leaving bad reviews, but after multiple attempts of giving Bob Mills Furniture time to resolve this issue with no resolution I have chosen to leave this review, contact better business bureau, and research contacts numbers further up the manager chain.

VERY unprofessional
Terrible service. Bought a sofa and a love seat 11 days ago.
Delivery date was set for today. NOBODY contacted me or my husband about the delivery time. Yesterday when I called Jason who sold us the set, he said he would check the delivery tomorrow. So I am calling this morning, and they say, "We oversold this set, we don't have them anymore.
Are you going to come to choose something else?" Hmmmm.. NO. I want my money back. Then, they tell me they called and texted to let us know.
Well, I had 0 missed calls and texts from them. And in the end the manager hangs up on me. Not using your business anymore.
There is a lot of choices in San Antonio. VERY unprofessional.

They never did probably because the cashier was not trained properly. I use to work there.
It’s gone to *** since I left haha. Sorry for your unfortunate experience. There are still some decent salespeople there to help if you decide to ever go back.
There’s a 1800 number to Best Buy that they are supposed to give you . If you call any Best Buy store they won’t know what you’re talking about
