If you're in the market for a new bed, DO NOT fall for Bob Mills Furniture's ridiculous #SleepSpa advertisements. We bought the mattress their computer diagnostic system said we needed with the adjustable mood base that raises and lowers for a total, outrageous cost of $7,000! It was delivered December 22, 2018 and IT WAS AWFUL!

We went to the store 2 days later and told them how sore we were and we just wanted our money back. Well, of course, they don't give refunds on mattresses, but would allow an exchange for a mattress of equal or more value with a 10% restocking fee if we allowed at least 21 days to "allow our joints to adjust." Lol! Joints do not adjust to your bed, but whatever, we agreed to allow time to get use to this $5,000 FLOOR we were conned into buying just so we wouldn't be out anymore money.

Two days later we were hurting so bad, my husband called back up to the store and told them the bed just was not working for us and they could either come pick the bed up or he'd leave it at their front door. They agreed to an exchange, but we still got screwed out of the restocking fee and the new mattress difference. But, our backs were killing us so WHATEVER!

We got the new bed delivered Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019. Despite being out $700 more, the mattress is more comfortable, but wait! There's more!!!Yesterday the friggin $2,000 adjustable base broke!!! HA! Some little plastic piece around the motor that controls the foot of the bed just shattered and collapsed... while I was laying on it with a thrown out back! I called my husband at work and said, "These people!! The friggin bed just broke!!" He called the store we got the bed from, they gave him another number to call, so I called that number and was given another number to call!! I called that number and they were already closed for the weekend! My husband called our local store back and the manager said he'd see if they can get us another plastic piece to replace the one that broke. NO!!!! We haven't even had this piece of *** for a month, it should not already need to be fixed. I'm so sick of getting screwed!!!!

We purchased a living room set that started to bubble up on the headrest on both the sofa and the lovedseat, then they started pealing. I have talked to the Lubbock Tx. store and the headquarters in OKC no Luck!!!

Delivery and Service SUCKS

We purchased a bedroom suite for a spare bedroom. Paid cash for it!

Bought it the middle of September. It would be 3-4 weeks before everything was in. After we had to call several times to check on the missing pieces they said they could deliver the Friday of Thanksgiving week. We told them we weren't going to be in town and could they come the following week.

They wouldn't budge. Even after all the time we had waited and all the phone calls we had made. So here it is the beginning of December and still don't have the rest of what we bought.

I wouldn't shop Bob Mills if it was the only furniture store there was! Never, ever will I darken the doors of a Bob Mills!

Bought a sectional in November ‘17 and already had replaced the right end recliner as it would not attach to the rest of the couch properly. Over the following months, the recliner started creeking, not closing all the way and began to appear lopsided. Sent an email and that turned out to be a 2/3 month of “just letting you know manufacturers are still working on finding the part and we will contact you as soon as it arrives”.... of bogus emails. I have email chain with video and photos of the issues. They blew me off so I will be shopping at Mathis Brothers since the last sectional I bought from them lasted 8 years. I can’t even get 8 months out of this pos! I won’t get excited about this company reaching out to me. I already know what they are going to do...... play games.

Great! Jimmy and Sean in Truck 27 showed on time and was willing to help move furniture for us

Sean and Jimmy were helpful and courteous -truck 27- they were a winner in all aspects of the delivery. They delivered a chair and an ottoman on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 and moved a chair for us to the upstairs. They went out of their way to be helpful and they were timely on the delivery. I was impressed with their manner and means of making the delivery. I would recommend them to all of my friends. Bob Mills has been professional in all aspects of the transaction. The furniture looks great where Sean and Jimmy placed it. I will certainly consider Bob Mills for my next furniture purchase. Thanks, Joe and Margie Strealy

Bad Customer Service From The Get Go

Went in to get living room and bedroom furniture for our 4 and 6 year old girls. Saleslady wonderful found what we liked and put money down to hold it we asked can they deliver Saturday was told no problem. Our new house closed we went to pay and have it delivered and get told they only Deliver on Thursday's..................we complained store manager calls and says only Thursday.......we cancel. Low and behold Corp calls and ask why we canceled explained they Store Manager calls and says there is a change in policy and they can deliver everything............ Delivery calls the week to be delivered and states they can't deliver all of it living room furniture was floor models so they can't deliver...............canceled again. Store Manager calls again states he has everything we bought on the truck ready to go............ This entire time we kept having to correct the house number and kept getting told it is changed. Truck pulls up on delivery day go out guess what they had the wrong house. Check our list what we bought, not everything is on the truck canceled for the 3rd and final time.............delivery guy states almost half the truck is that way people not accepting because they didn't have it all to deliver. I have been on Bob Mills Furniture website and did a complaint guess they just have too many customers to worry about our little $3000 sale. Right Hand doesn't know what the Left is doing from the get go with them. Never again will we try Bob Mills Furniture.

When my bedroom suite was delivered it was missing some pieces. The service men that put the bed together just threw it together. I have a bed with the drawers in the foot broad they didn't put the rails on the drawers to keep them in place so the drawers are just hangs out of the footboard, there's nothing there to keep them in place. They sent out another service tech., But once again with the incorrect required tools..smh, now it has been two weeks and still have yet to sleep in my bed, and still waiting. To top it off the furniture is very poor cheap quality ..

I bought 4 thousad dollar living room set. I called them yo fix ot they vame put agter 5 months and said they fixed had to call again and agsin they never fixed it i called and paid for better cushions. The guy came out put in more exspensive cushions i paid for bit he ripped the zipper toe out mesh . and did it on purpouse losers dont trust them dont buy there and shame on manager josh. I. They are liars and repairmen ar just disfunctional *** Repair shop are liars and they ruind my stuff on purpose. If it was worth my time i eould sue them. Stinkin losers. Please do not trust them if you make them mad they will destroy your furniture

Store associate did not give enough information about how to pick up “free” tv and delivery men were unaffective, did not know what they were doing. Panel has fallen out of the back of entertainment center. I am not a happy camper.

It’s gone to *** since I left haha. Sorry for your unfortunate experience. There are still some decent salespeople there to help if you decide to ever go back.

There’s a 1800 number to Best Buy that they are supposed to give you . If you call any Best Buy store they won’t know what you’re talking about

in the last week I Spent $3300 on a Franklin Duke Power sofa, Franklin Duke recliner, sofa table, Elements Beckett storage bed & night stands. The storage bed was put together very rushed poorly by Bob Mills delivery team which resulted in drawer track breaking on the drawer to the bed.

The stitching on the sofa unraveled in less than 9 months. The massage motors vibrated the batting out of the sofa and on to the floor. Purchase was 8/16, complaint filed 5/17, it is 2/18 and my sofa has still not been repaired. For the past 8 months I have sent/received over 20 emails from 5 different solution center specialists, 2 managers (1 in Tulsa & 1 in Ok City) and multiple phone calls and my sofa still has not been repaired.

There is very little traffic on this furniture. I am a middle aged person whom lives alone with no children or pets. Now, the batting in the recliners is collapsing & the recliners aren't even comfortable due to this. I also paid $199 for "SMARTBUY FURNITURE CARE PROTECTION" plan.

I have finally given up after multiple empty promises from the team at Bob Mills. I will never shop there again. Don't sell a product that you won't stand behind. Don't make promises & not deliver.

What good is purchasing a furniture protection plan if 6 months later it doesn't help? I don't like leaving bad reviews, but after multiple attempts of giving Bob Mills Furniture time to resolve this issue with no resolution I have chosen to leave this review, contact better business bureau, and research contacts numbers further up the manager chain.

This is the “WORST” company I’ve ever dealt with, I’ve had my sectional for 8 months the cushions are flat and I have *** in the Chaise that according to their repair man was there when the chase was the assembly He said there was never enough material to cover that space I’ve called service manager, store manager, warranty manager no one can or will help this is just plain “POOR SERVICE”!!!!!

Terrible service. Bought a sofa and a love seat 11 days ago.

Delivery date was set for today. NOBODY contacted me or my husband about the delivery time. Yesterday when I called Jason who sold us the set, he said he would check the delivery tomorrow. So I am calling this morning, and they say, "We oversold this set, we don't have them anymore.

Are you going to come to choose something else?" Hmmmm.. NO. I want my money back. Then, they tell me they called and texted to let us know.

Well, I had 0 missed calls and texts from them. And in the end the manager hangs up on me. Not using your business anymore.

There is a lot of choices in San Antonio. VERY unprofessional.

ITS NOT THE "COMISSION FREE" YES THEY GET SALARY BUT...

I WAS A SALESMAN AT OKC STORE WHEN THEY JUST STARTED COMISSION FREE BS. THE PROBLEM, THE SALESPERSON STILL HAS TO MAKE HIS QUOTA, OR HE/SHE GETS FIRED, AND BONUSES ARE HARDER TO GET , HE RAISES BAR , MAKING SALESPERSON DESPERATE AS HE/ SHE TRIES TO MAKE THE NUMBERS, OR BE FIRED.. HE DONT CARE.PEOPLE ARE LIKE TOILET PAPE TO HIM..WIPE AND FLUSH ! SADLY ITS ALL DECEPTIVE. HE DOES HAVE A FEW DEALS, YET FLOODS FLOOR WITH SALES PEOPLE, THE ONLY ONE GETTING RICH IS...BOB. THE REST ? CONSTANTLY AFARAID THEY WILL BE FIRED. THEY WILL CHASE YOU BECAUSE THEY GOTTA EAT..
