The power recliner sofa that we purchased didn't sit well, the cushions were defective. Both bottom cushions leaned to one side after a few months.
(We are not heavy people both are 160 lbs)
They sent a repairman and he ordered new seat cushions. Another few months later and again, the same issue.
The sofa is less than 1 year old, and this is the worst sofa we have ever owned.
I requested service in December and we are still waiting and its February. SMH.
They won't replace the defective sofa that isn't their policy.
We are looking to buy another new sofa now, to replace this piece of junk...
My recommendation: Don't buy from Bob Mills, they don't stand behind their products.

Bought a mattress at bob mills wichita ks. We have been very unhappy because we will wake up in more pain than when we went to bed.
We have tried to get them to abide by their 90 night policy the store manager is refusing to abide by it, and keeps telling us 10% restocking fee. No matter what we do as well as we had some medication in the bedroom that was there and came up missing after the delivery men left and the store manager keeps blowing us off when we bring it up to him.
In retail the customer satisfaction is supposed to be top priority it seems like all this store manager cares about is his pockets and making his bosses this store manager doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I will never ever buy from bob mills again and recommend nobody ever does so you don't get screwed never buy from them

They put the wrong name on my W2. I called Thursday and talked to Rosa in corporate.
Katie and Jill in HR told me to not contact them and that they won't reply. They blocked me. I did say fix my name because they put the wrong name and put someone else's name onto my W2. Then they block me because my name isn't John Smith or a name they like.
They are prejudice and blocked me and told me to not message them and that they won't reply because of my name. They still haven't updated my W2. W2 sent to me was under someone else's first name and they expect me to file my taxes under someone else's name. So rude and horrible customer service.
I will place reviews. Will contact gov officials about them. Will go into social media. Will contact BBB and consumer affairs.
Will contact even the owner and others so they know how prejudice Jill and Katie in HR are.
I said correct your error so W2 shows my name but they won't correct it. Horrible

Preferred solution: My name put onto my W2 so I can file my taxes ASAP. They blocked me and said they won't reply to me due to my name. They don't like people with my name. They put another person's name onto my W2 and I said correct the mistake they made but they won't.

Horrible customer service, theywill not pick up the phone at all and only will respond through emails. If theyre done with you they will block the conversation and you wont be able to email them again ughhh they are garbage

Delivered mattress with four holes and entire front side of mattress had drag marks
This Bob Mills in San Antonio has the worst customer service AFTER you have made your purchase especially referring to the so called manager Kyle.
He told me that mattress was an as is mattress when I called and complained but that is a lie that mattress was reduced because that was the last one
they had in that style. He said he could not do anything about it BUT yet my receipt says 20 yr warranty??
I told him so Bob Mills puts nasty mattresses with holes on the show floor??
And why would I ever buy a mattress for 2800.00 with holes? He flat out said we can not take it back or pick it up in other words youre stuck with it! I really feel they have back up damaged mattresses that have been returned in the warehouse they send out for delivery.
I had only had this mattress for 15 minutes and wanted them to have the truck come right back and pick it up.
This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a furniture store. My mattress is not even 24 hrs and is considered damaged!

This is second pair of recliners Ive got from Bob Mills. First ones didnt last a year.
They tried repairing them by stuffing cardboard in the chairs. They let us pick out another set this time we got Home Stretch made in USA. These chairs cost $993.99 each in June 18 of 2019. In October me and my husband started feeling a board along our lower back and the chair seat sinking in.
We are not over weight people either. I also purchased the four year warranty this time BUT this problem isnt covered. After going to the store and talking with the manager he said he would cover cost. When service department called me I realize they would only pay for service call no parts or labor.
They was supposed to contact manager in Tulsa to see if he was going to pay for the repairs. After about two weeks of not hearing from them I called and they said they had no record of them talking to me earlier.
So here I am again two Chairs costing a total of $1987.00 and they dont last more than a year and a half. When buying them I thought these chairs would last our lifetime little did I know.

This was the first time I have ever bought brand new furniture. But I bought a 3 piece living room set and I paid 400.00 for insurance.
I bought it in March of 2021 well in July my recliner started making a terrible sqecking noise when I rocked (I mean loud) so I called bob mills and spoke to a woman named Carolyn and she sent someone out on August 6 and he turned the recliner upside down and there where metal shavings down in the carpet (and I am renting the house) and I have tried to get it out but its not working so I will probably have to replace the carpet now ! But back to the story the man said that he will have to replace the intire mechanism because it was metal rubbing against metal and that it would take 3 months to get the mechanism ordered and delivered so I waited until November about the 12 and called Carolyn again and she said that the mechanism was scheduled to be in by the 22 soi waited again and stills nothing by now I was getting very upset and I called Carolyn again the last of December and she said that she understands my frustration and if I could just be patient until the end of January if the mechanism still, wasn't in that she would start working on getting the recliner replaced so I waited again until the end of January and tried to call Carolyn and she had blocked my phone number i meaning tried calling her 3 times a day for almost a week and a half still nothing so I called the Bob Mills that I bought the furniture from and they kept saying that she was on another call and that she would call me right back.
But never did but I called so many times that she had to call me back, because she was getting in trouble for so many calls. And when she finally did call me back she out and out lied about getting me a replacement recliner she said that she didn't tell me that and I was going to have to wait again until the 22 of February because the mechanism is supposed to there then but I kept saying that I paid for the insurance so why isn't this problem solved now its February the 17 SO WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BOB MILLSDonDD

Were looking at an Aireloom mattress. Their mattresses do not cross reference with the manufacturer, Aireloom, mattress collections or names. Not able to look up on Mfg website. Problem!

I live in San Antonio TX, My husband I purchase a bedroom In Sept 2021.
Today is Jan5/2022, I called the store and ask to speak to the manager I was then place on hold for a while and then was connected to the store manager by the name of Kyle store location 12621. San Antonio TX.
I was treated badly. He began by reprimanding me because I did not want to take a practical, deliver. "I CANNOT GIVE YOU A EXACT DATE I CAN GIVE YOU AN ETA," If your Husband spent 20 years in the army he should know what that is and if you did than you should know." if you don't want wait you can choose another one you might have to pay more money. Or you can take partial.
I said I pay the whole thing I what I purchased.
I told the bed was bought for medical reason my husband is a vet. He did even care.

Southern Motion Zero Gravity Recliner
Issues starred immediately. If you try to use the lumbar support or the massage option.
The bags literally push us out of our sitting position. Its like having a boulder in your back! 5Xs they have come out. They keep ordering and changing the frame the bags and it is still not right?
Sometimes the product is just not good? We have another SM recliner its great. We have other members of our family that have them they love them. I have been a regular customer since the 90s.
I have never had any type of complaint. But I just do not understand them digging their heels in and not making sure we feel good about doing business with them again? I had planned on purchasing items this coming weekend and we were going to look there. Not now.
But like I told them. I am retired.
I have time. I will put my chair on a nice cart with a sign and walk around Reno all day for several weeks!

- Customer service is robotic because they have to be no empathy
- Even in ok we have greedy businesses they do not care

Oh my goodness. This is happening to us too , our mattress was almost 5,000 our total bill over 6,000.
Even their own employee said our bed is defective !! I’m to the Point where I will Pay thr 10 % re stocking fee to get this bed out of my home !!!
