The shopping and deal was good. When it came time for delivery, I told them when we bought it that we would not be at our new house until the afternoon and they said that was fine.
I get an automated call saying the delivery would be between 10 & 12. I called the store and told them that would not work, that I needed it in the afternoon (which the salesman told me that was fine). The delivery people and then one salesman said they could only say what day, but not any specific time. So why did they say between 10 & 12.
Why couldn't I have it between 2 & 5? We argued, I finally gave in and said ok, the next day then.
They said it was full. I cancelled my order.
