I ordered furniture from Bob Mills in Waco. I waited more than 6 weeks for it which I agreed to do.
However, when it was delivered only 1 piece was correct. So I had to call and reorder the recliners. I was told I would have to wait for 6 more weeks. What choice did I have at this point?
They then alleged they attempted to deliver it on Thursday. However, I have proof that they were NOT there. I have a Ring camera and an app on my phone showing my exact location and time. When I called I got no recall or assistance.
Now they are telling me I have to wait another week because "i wasn't home" So they cost me 1/2 day of work time and money and now want me to wait to get a time for next week because it's computer generated!! Again going to cost me time and money!!
The Worst furniture buying experience ever. Going to contact the BBB and ensure i pass this information to everyone who listens!!!

So i was gonna leave a review on your Facebook page but, I understand why people aren't allowed to post on your Facebook page i personally wouldn't allow people to post on mine either especialy if i was aware of the *** warranty department you have to deal with when you go through bob mills. You may not be aware i don't know but its nothing but excuse after excuse and if the tech can come out take a knife to my furniture tell me the problem is a design flaw and he sees it all the time and i should get a call from warranty by the end of the week.
I hear not even three days later damn that was fast i am thinking oh of course its,because they are refusing to approve the claim! I am steaming to stay the least. I even asked after your neck took a knife to my furniture your not gonna fix it oh take a pic i said well your gonna have to fix what you just told me your not going to silence for a good few minutes no we will just fix the damage he did. oh ok he just put a knife in the bottom of my couch and you can hear him cutting fabric and whatever else he cut!!
With that said I will NOT do business with bob mills because of the warranty company associated with them. they are so full of crap and go out of there way not to have to fix the problem if the tech says its a DESIGN flaw that right there SAYS that it could not be from normal wear and tear so pissed off right now and i would rather spend thousands with another company.
Than ever spend another penny with bob mills! sincerely pissed off customer

Preferred solution: I would like you to fix the problem with my couch if your not able to do so let me swap my couch out i want you to make the situation right your technician with the warranty people is the one that said it was a design flaw thats not a normal wear and tear

Huge Mistake
I purchased my mattress at Bob Mills in Texas and paid $7,500.00. I had my mattress for 1 1/2 years.
After I slept on it I called my sales person and complained to him about my mattress several times. I had such severe back and hip pain.
I was sleeping on my couch for months and realized this is crazy.
I could no longer sleep on my mattress. So I then called the store and they had me remove all bedding and take photos. Bob Mills declined my claim.
Then they referred me to Kings Down Warranty. While measuring I had five inches in difference through out my mattress. I am a small woman. It was an over rated mattress.
They declined my claim!
I would absolutely love for Bob Mills to take my mattress to their showroom floor and try to sell mattresses while using mine as a demo.
If I would not go to jail I would set my mattress up in front of their store and protest.
I am very disappointed in Bob Mills Furniture.
I will never go there again.
I have read nothing good about their mattresses.
I should have read reviews before I even walked into the store. What a huge name and a disgrace to consumers.

LAIRS , worst experience ever
DO NOT BUY FOR BOB MILLS
They lie about the warranties my couch has peeling and it has only been sat on 2 times in 2 years. I bought the 5 year warranty I dont have kids so so wear and tear I noticed where its peeling it had been patched before and they will not honor the warranty nor try to make it right.
All I wanted was for the peeling part that had been patched before to be repaired. I bought from bob mills before years ago and go messed over but I thought well time and changed and maybe that had to so I thought I would try them again but I was wrong they are still the same lying business. I will never ever buy from them again and I will do everything in my power to make sure I let everyone know what lairs they are.
This furniture store is the worst for customer satisfaction and for the money I spent you would think they would have at least offered to fix my couch. I spent over $5,000 that day.

WORST PURCHASE EVER, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This has been the worst purchase of my life!! I'm going to JAG on Ft.
Hood next week to have this company blacklisted for our soldiers so they can be aware of what to expect. It has been months and I still do not have undamaged furniture! They have been to my home 4 times and have exchanged furniture 3 times and still deliver damaged goods every time! I have been promised a refund of the outrageous delivery fee and a discount due to all the work I have been missing to be home for all these deliveries and none of the promises have been met!
$4000 for 2 pieces of furniture and I can't even get a phone call returned and have even been refused by Bob Mills corporate office's new girl "Anna" to be transferred to someone who can help me and hung up on. I've had so many strangers in my home due to this situation and have been nothing short of kind to everyone involved, even tipping nearly everybody from the company. This is definitely the biggest headache I've ever had to deal with. Totally unprofessional and terrible customer service from corporate!
I can't understand why I do not have furniture in my home yet that isn't missing chunks! Delivery people were on drugs the first time they delivered and am catching flack from them because they have to keep coming to my home.

Bad quality and bad customer service
I purchased 3 pieces of living room furniture in mid February(paid $2000+),this included a Sofamaster Baltic sofa which is very long and heavy. This sofa is beatiful and comfortable but has a weak frame and was poorly built.
We have owned this furniture for about 3 and 1/2 month now and the sofa is starting to droop in the middle,the arm rests make a popping sound when you press down on them(like if they are hollow)and a seam to a seat cushion has come apart(some quality). A new seat cover has been ordered and is expected to arrive in 4-6 weeks.
When we were shopping and speaking to saleman at Bob Mills we explained to saleman that we were looking for quality pieces of furniture that will last several years, and we were told by him that this product brand was high quality and durable with a lifetime frame warranty. Bob Mills now want to come modify and install "extra legs" onto our sofa.
Obviously there is something wrong with this sofa, I shouldn't have to be modifying it so that it doesn't break in half. I called to speak to the saleman, but he no longer works there???
Also, I have requested to speak to Manager at local store 3 times since Saturday(5 days now), and still waiting for call back.

Still nothing done about it and it's getting worse and the couch still gets no use on it. The couch is defective the making chair is sat on every day and there is nothing wrong with it.
