I paid good hard earned money 18 months ago have had issuse since the beginning bought warranty the store or warranty will not honor either i have furnityre im ashmed if DONT Any FROMBOB MILLS ask for a refund or to be fixed said i could pay the manufacturer to send someone out to fix i think its LAWYER TIME

We wasted our money on the smart buy made it seem like a wonderful thing to have NOT!!!

It's been over a year trying to get a part that falls under the warranty but for some reason they could never send the right part out after 4 wrong parts sent through out the year they sent a tech to put on what we were hopping was the right part NOT !! after the tech put the part sent it's the wrong color and style it looks like we have two different recliner on one love seat

Now am told there are to many claims and is past the one year marker they're done when I told them it was not the right part ours is rounded and dark brown not square and light brown seams don't match gap between back and console I was told I had been sold a manufactured defected couch and that was why it did not fit we are done with your claim.

Bye what!! Hate Bob Mills!!!
