We purchased a set of living room set from bob mills furniture in temple texas we went back to the store four days after we had it complaining how uncomfortable it was and wasn't the same thing that we set on in the store we were told just give it some time we have had a month and it is still the most uncomfortable *** we have ever baught i think I'll pull my old set back in here and its broken down and one side doesnt evening recline anymore but at least its still better than the new *** from bob mills

Purchased a $3000 leather set, one day after delivery the recliner stopped reclining. Called salesperson immediately and was told it would be handled. Waited all day for a return call with delivery information, decided to call in and was told no one reported my furniture issue. I called Saturday at 2:00 sent pictures of it not reclining (yeah *** I know, but they asked for a picture) waited for a return called that never came, so I called back around 5:00 and was told they would send out a new piece but I missed the delivery window for the next day as it closed at 3:00, so I would need to *** work to wait around for their delivery window. Asked to speak to the store manager and was told the store manager never takes customer calls! So I was transferred around several times to managers that would put me on hold or tell me they would look into and never call back. Horrible, horrible customer service, and poor quality furniture. I will continue to purchase from Mathis Brothers and will never purchase another thing from Bob's Mills.

I went to a local Bob mills store. No customers were in the store.

I wanted to buy a China cabinet. They said the one I wanted was a special order. They asked for $800.00 down. I am a former customer.

I have purchased many pieces of furniture there. Here I was a willing customer in an empty store and I could not buy an item. I also called their headquarters in Oklahoma; left a message for a manager to call me back. It's been 6 days.

I guess they don't want my business. I am going with another company.

The employees name that was from the mattress department that was on phone the whole time was Kody.

The mattress salesman Cody Lindsey was a breath of fresh air . He helped us pick out a different mattress and was VERY knowledgeable and explained everything in detail ....

Let's start from the beginning. For a company that is not on commission why is there five salesmen sitting at the door like vultures waiting for someone to open the door. After we move inside STEVEN the first sales rep we dealt with. We inform him we are looking and would like to be left alone. Two minutes of moving around the store he pops up trying to start a conversation about the item were looking at and starts scratching the leather with his fingernail saying you dont want this see what happens . we tell him we are not looking for leather and we tell him where good and move on . This happened around six times of he pointing out items that are leather . Finally fed up we moved to the second floor where he handed us off to cody We go and look at beds and he has us scan in the machine to find the correct bed. While playing on his phone and talking to us he showed us beds that match what the machine says . I was surprised he didn't trip with how far his face was in his phone. After not feeling like he cared we asked for the printout the machine gave him and he replied he tossed it ( it was in his jacket pocket I watched him put it there) so a little angry we left the store. We returned after we bought lunch to look at the bed that my wife did like. Again hounded at door but we made our way to bed section we found any newer sales person to help us. We tell him what bed we want and ask if we don't want the bed can we return it and get our money back. We were assured that we could by him. He ended getting Mike the sales manager involved to help him with the sale again we ask if we can return it Mike said yes under the 90 nights program we can return it as long as you spend an additional 270.00 on a pillow and mattress pad. At this point our salesmen is writing up the ticket and Mike walks away. My wife is allergic to latex and does the pad or pillow have it... The answer is yes so we physically had to find Mike to get 90 night approved without the extra ***. Once ticket is wrote up the cashier siad here is paperwork to sign that your salesman went over and to sign on the dotted line.


We call our salesman the next day saying the bed is not at comfortable as we wanted . He replied with give it a couple of days before your return it. So we gave it five days and still don't think a bed that cost two thousand dollars should be this this uncomfortable. So we call the store and talk to mike the sales manager(the same Mike that kept disappearing during the sale) he informs us that they they do not return mattresses you can exchange it for a different one and pay a restocking fee and a delivery fee.

So now I'm stuck with a bed I paid 2500.00 on and if I wanna exchange it its going to cost a additional 600.00.


Moral of the story do not trust the word of any employee from Bob Mathis

I would never recommend them. Had a bad experience trying to purchase furniture. Told one price and then told about the program to apply for at that time that would help your credit and be like same day as cash. Spent over an hour having renter info into a computer and the associate having to call her boss because she didn't know how to do it. Then told there was a 10 percent mark up. Asked to speak to management and the person who helped me and told it is what it is and can't be changed but sorry I didn't know the manager was very rude. Went ahead and purchased and have been paying on and was told just Monday to have it paid by close of business the day before scheduled delivery and therefore just did that at 6pm and now being told that my delivery was canceled because it wasn't paid off by 3pm. Ononday I was told by close of business not 3pm and they do not close until 8 or 9. This is ridiculous!!!!

I would like to thank Carl Porschien, a Sales Associate in the Bob Bills Furniture store in Oklahoma City. I have a disabled son that was moving into a group home in Oklahoma. There were several mitigating circumstances to deal with such as a budget, a short time frame, the need for delivery, the need for extra storage and needing a Twin XL bed. Mr. Porschien helped us work through these issues and we were able to come up with solutions. Even though they made two deliveries when they promised one delivery trip everything worked out. I appreciate his extra effort.

We ordered a bedroom set, mattress set and special ordered a loveseat. We were told that the loveseat would be in 4-6 weeks after the order and we had to pre-pay for loveseat and delivery. The loveseat has not come in and we are now told that the loveseat would not be in for another 3-5 weeks. When I asked for another loveseat or a refund, I was told that I could have a refund but would be deducted 40% of purchase price. This company uses high pressure sales and lie. Also, they did not tell us that delivery charges are almost 5% (4.9) so we were charged almost $500 for delivery charge of bedroom set,mattress, and loveseat. We do not recommend this furniture store.

Bought leather living room set it is now almost 4 years old and the leather is already falling off the recliner I bought the insurance and it is a joke I've been waiting on parts going on 3 months with another 6 weeks to go I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THEIR FURNITURE OR WARRIENTIES. Else where pay a little more you will be thankful.

We bought a new kitchen table and chairs in December. There were a couple of scratches in one area from something (I don't know what) I called right away and had to email a picture and they denied it and said they dont cover that kind of damage. They tried to say it was ocer a period of time and I said it was from one oncident and they just keep saying that they won't do anything about it. What a waste of money.

Sleep Spa - What a Joke!!

My husband and I bought a split king adjustable base with two XL twin mattresses (Kingsdown) to the tune of almost $4000.They were supposedly customized for us via the Sleep Spa. What a joke.

My mattress immediately felt like I was sleeping in *** (My husband's was the same way, but he just learned to live with it.) Couldn't even roll over. I complained to no avail. My sister-in-law, who personally knows Mr. Mills, also went to bat for me.

No luck. They said that since it was over 90 days that it was the manufacturer problem. Kingsdown denied there was a problem. End result - eight weeks of physical therapy.

Don't trust the Sleep Spa, Dr. Angie, or Bob Mills!!!

Any one else have a bad experience with delivery from Bob Mills? We had furniture delivered about 7 to 8 weeks ago. A very nice sleigh bed, dresser, another dresser and mirror, night stand and chest at the foot of the bed. They scratched pretty much every piece by dragging it over the steps out front. They also did not protect the furniture and busted the foot board of the bed still on the truck. They destroyed rails for a door that slides out as they didn't secure that door in delivery. Two hydraulic lifts for the chest that sits at the foot of the bed are also broken. All this for a delivery charge of 350 dollars. The first delivery drivers lost some of the hardware and could not finish the job. They had to find new hardware and have a second team come out the next day to complete the job. We did get the delivery charge refunded. We have now had two different dates and times for a guy to come out and try to fix the scratches and he took pictures of the hydraulic lifts for the chest. When he came back the second time he brought only one hydraulic lift and asked which one needed to be replaced. They both need to be replaced just as they did when you took the order during your last visit. All this time every singe visit was a time and window determined by Bob Mills. Today they called and finally want to deliver the foot board that needs to be replaced. They could not tell me when tomorrow it will be delivered. They told me they will e-mail me later today for my 2 hour window. I had to call customer care and the Temple store manager to discuss delivery time for tomorrow. Finally after long discussions with the Temple manager could I get him to call me for my 2 hour window sometime after 12:30pm. This will be the third visit for repair with two more to go. Five different visits for repair? At what point does customer care and service come into play while dealing with Bob Mills? Every single date and time is at Bob Mills convenience.

Worst furniture and customer service. We purchased a custom large sectional and because we have kids and pets, the additional repair insurance. The furniture was beautiful when it arrived, then the problems started. 1st it was torn seams. They came out and fixed those, then our granddaughter got hurt on the furniture and we found out that it was manufactured incorrectly, so they fixed this, or so we thought. The cushions were going flat and found out that this was done wrong as well. Every time 2 or 3 work orders had to be completed before anyone came out and every time they found additional issues that had to be completed on a separate work order. One technician broke a drawer and Bob Mills wanted us to pay for a new one. We asked for a replacement couch (value of about $5000.00) equivalent to the one we bought. They then put in another work order and we heard nothing, even though we called constantly. Finally we got through to a supervisor who told us the warranty expired and they would not be out any longer. We told them about the original work order to replace the couch and about them not getting back to us for over 6 months and we were told there was nothing that could be done now. We also bought a leather couch and chair from them and now a year later this is falling apart. Don't ever buy from Bob Mills, it's not worth the trouble and all you get is junk.

I was employed by I thought a respectable man....core values. .I gave his company every respect But became sick dr notes and hospitals note...when I came back to work I had not sold anything BECAUSE OF being on MEDICAL leave I was fired. .no second chance.....please in God why does a man preach about doing what is right when he can't why does he post everywhere core values. .
