The employees name that was from the mattress department that was on phone the whole time was Kody.
The mattress salesman Cody Lindsey was a breath of fresh air . He helped us pick out a different mattress and was VERY knowledgeable and explained everything in detail ....
We call our salesman the next day saying the bed is not at comfortable as we wanted . He replied with give it a couple of days before your return it. So we gave it five days and still don't think a bed that cost two thousand dollars should be this this uncomfortable. So we call the store and talk to mike the sales manager(the same Mike that kept disappearing during the sale) he informs us that they they do not return mattresses you can exchange it for a different one and pay a restocking fee and a delivery fee.
So now I'm stuck with a bed I paid 2500.00 on and if I wanna exchange it its going to cost a additional 600.00.
Moral of the story do not trust the word of any employee from Bob Mathis

Sleep Spa - What a Joke!!
My husband and I bought a split king adjustable base with two XL twin mattresses (Kingsdown) to the tune of almost $4000.They were supposedly customized for us via the Sleep Spa. What a joke.
My mattress immediately felt like I was sleeping in *** (My husband's was the same way, but he just learned to live with it.) Couldn't even roll over. I complained to no avail. My sister-in-law, who personally knows Mr. Mills, also went to bat for me.
No luck. They said that since it was over 90 days that it was the manufacturer problem. Kingsdown denied there was a problem. End result - eight weeks of physical therapy.
Don't trust the Sleep Spa, Dr. Angie, or Bob Mills!!!
No customer service
They sell Junk no wonder their warranties are no good
