Verified Reviewer | Lubbock, TexasLiving room set I purchased is falling apart.
Pathetic
this is pathetic you sign up for the credit and on the acceptance credit line my husband and i got approved for , well we both went in and tried to get a bed ,well i got approved for 850 and my husband got 2000 the bed is 2399 well i asked a person working there a few days earlier and they said we can use both approvals as long as we lived in the same house so ok , we go back yesterday and now they tell us we cant use both together for a 2399 bed im like WTF i was just told i would be able to not a few days before this... well anyways the credit thing also states nothing listed for a down payment or a set limit on how much the payment will be ..
i start asking questions and i get oh we need $100-$150 down and *** near $300 a month im like are you crazy !!! im like where in the *** does it state i need a down payment and why does the credit thing show pay at your own pace when they dictate the payments and not tell you until you try for the items...
LETS JUST SAY THEY JUST LOST ALOT OF BUSSINESS CAUSE OF THIS BS I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOW !!!! STUPID

What a freaking nightmare! We were lied to, accused of having product they had picked up and taken back to the store to the point that they sent someone out to check to make sure we didn't have the bed they said we had, we were over charged and we had to prove they were wrong and we were right, we were given the run around, told that the split head mattress we had purchased was faulty but we had to deal with the manufacturer b/c they are just distributors, after multiple calls to the manufacturer and back to Bob Mills, we were told that it was "normal" for the head to split so wide between the mattress that I would fall in it in my sleep and need help to get out!
Seriously??? OMG,,... I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Bob Mills again! We did all we knew to fix this problem in Lubbock and in the end we went to Oklahoma City to the main store where they swore they'd make it right...to the tune of an additional $1500.
When I called corporate (OKC), I was given the name of Phillip Tizzio (405) 473-****. He's allegedly "just under Bob Mills" (Bob Mills doesn't speak to customers; he just takes your $ to the bank) and Phillip was going to "make it right". He was going to meet me in OKC at the store and fix it. OOOHHH, lucky me.
He had "Dr. Angie" work with us personally to make certain we had the right bed for us. (I guess I was supposed to be mesmerized by some half-rate chiropractor who works in a furniture store instead of in a practice). Phillip Tizzio (405) 473-**** never met us there but he had a sales clerk Denyse Teal (405) 831-**** "help" us.
She was so sweet I nearly went into a diabetic coma. She "cared" about us and wanted to "be our personal Bob Mills Sales Gal" and would stay in touch with us until we were satisfied! $1500. later, we left the store with the assurance the mattress would be delivered and we'd live happily ever after.
NOT! Another nightmare with the Lubbock Bob Mills Store who refused to pick up the mattress with the trench I kept falling in saying it was dirty on a corner on the side. How could that have happened? Could it have been when they dragged it off my bed on to the file floor?
Or maybe it was when they dragged it across my foot board and gouged a place in it. Who knows why it was dirty but the fine delivery boys from Bob Mills left the mattress cockeyed on the bad and I, nor my husband, could wrestle it back onto the box springs. I told the delivery boys to stay put, they were not leaving with my new mattress until I spoke with Phil Tizzio (405) 473-**** or sweet little Denyse Teal (405) 831-****. They said ok, jumped in their truck and left.
I had all phones ringing because, you see, my husband had heart surgery and couldn't move the cockeyed mattress back onto the bed and I'm 63 years old and the last time I looked in the mirror, I was not Wonder Woman. Several hours later, the delivery boys showed back up with orders to accept the mattress I had and give me the new one---you know, the one that was $1500. more than the original. So out went the mattress with the trench in the middle (because that's normal) and in came the high dollar mattress--the one I don't even want to sleep on b/c it was a nightmare to finally get in place.
The gouge? They would not do anything about it even though the delivery boy signed a document that they'd damaged my bed. Even sweet Denyse Teal (405) 831-**** wouldn't do anything about it. In fact, I never heard from her after they delivered the mattress.
She probably changed her number. So, should you decide to purchase from Bob Mills, remember Phillip Tizzio (405) 472-**** because he'll "make it right"--just bring your check book b/c it will cost you!

I bought crap furniture
Don't buy from this store.
I purchased extented warranty and I submitted photos when there was minimal damage.They said there was too much damage to cover it.Since then screws and springs have been falling out on the floor.I have tightened screws on all the pieces several times myself.The pieces are only three years old.I have purchased furniture in the past for alot less and besides normal wear on cusions all parts on the frame have stayed intact.I will have to take this furniture to the dump when I replace it.I payed over three thousand dollars for this living room group,most I have paid for furniture,and it did not last half the time what I have purchased in the past.I will not buy or recommed anyone to buy from Bob Mills.
Don't waste your time.... or money!
I bought a bedroom furniture set there for around $2400! Total waste of money- it is the most cheaply made furniture I have ever come across!
After only a few days the entire bed broke while my 8 year old 80 lb child was sitting on it! You have to go through a whole bunch of B.S. for them to even consider fixing it. In the end, since we lived 60 miles away, we just made a whole new bed frame ourselves.
I will never buy another piece of furniture from there and I suggest you think twice before you do also. It's not worth the money!!!! Not to mention that when it was delivered they forgot some of it and told us it would be another month before they got out that way again. That place is absolutely ridiculous.
Waste of time and money.
I suggest you just bypass it and go some place where you can get good quality furniture for your money. Bob Mills is a joke and shouldn't even be in business.
A Total Nightmare...Don't Shop There
Bob Mills Furniture in Temple, TX really dropped the ball with me. The only good experience I had was when I walked into the store; readily and kindly approached by a young salesman.
I purposely went to Bob Mills Furniture store in search of getting a sleep test done and purchasing a new mattress set...which I did. (Reason: his commercials boast about this perfect sleep system that matches you to the perfect mattresses). Here's the beginning of my horrible experience and why I will never shop at Bob Mills Furniture again.... I'm a disabled Veteran who has served well over 10yrs...the young salesman tried to get me free delivery but his Sales Manager told him, "No, I had to be active duty!" So, I had to pay for delivery (so much for respecting those who have sacrificed their time & lives for this country with Bob Mills Sales Managers).
But thank you Ashley Furniture for honoring Veterans and Active Duty alike. I'll definitely be back. Next, I was told I would receive a call the day before my delivery date to confirm and set an agreeable time frame for my upcoming, Saturday delivery. I never received a call and whenever I called to check on Friday (with the automated system or customer service rep) I was told there had been no input yet, but I would certainly be called...I wasn't!
So, when I checked late Friday night...the automated system informed me that I have a delivery time, pending for Saturday, between 4:30p-6:30p. I had plans that would not have me being home during this time...but so much for my life, time, or Saturday plans. And when I called for explanation...all I was offered was an apology and option to reschedule. Thank you for nothing but an unnecessary headache Bob Mills Furniture!
In summary...I was shown no respect by Bob Mills Furniture (except for the young Salesman who helped me) as a Woman, as a Veteran, as a Customer, as a Someone whose time matters.
I will NEVER shop there again and advise no one else to shop there...especially Women, Veteran, Customers who don't make it a habit to have their TIME WASTED and BE TAKEN FOR GRANTED! Again, thank you Bob Mills Furniture but certainly...No Thank You!!!
LIES TO GET THE SALE, WONT HONOR WARRANTY

Salesman lied to me about the warranty to get the sale.
I specifically asked about the 90 day warranty.
He did NOT tell me I had to purchase the mattress cover to have a warranty. He offered to sell me the matress cover for several hundred d...
After 2 weeks I couldn't sleep on the mattress anymore because I woke up with back pain everyday. Then at 8 weeks the adjustable bed frame broke. Got stuck in the up position and wouldn't go back down. Went into the store, talked to the sales man that I purchased from.
Explained that I wanted to exchange the mattress and exchange the broken adjustable base. He told me the 90 day warrantee is no good for me because I didn't spend several hundred more on the mattress protector, so I can't return the mattress. And I have to call the manufacturer to schedule a repair to the adjustable base. They didn't offer to assist with getting the repair done and would not allow an exchange for a new base.
BEFORE I purchased the mattress and adjustable frame, I asked the salesman about the warranty. He told me about the 90 day of nighty nights warranty. But he DID NOT SAY the warranty is not valad unless you purchase the mattress protector cover. SALES MAN BRIAN YERIAN LIED ABOUT THE WARRANTY WHEN HE SOLD ME THE BED JUST TO GET THE SALE.
Additionally, they advertise no shopper stalkers while you shop. That is also a lie. Every time I go in to the store they stalk me every time. I will never buy from Bob Mills Again.

Bob Mills Furniture - Bed Review
I HATE MY ADJUSTABLE BED! My 4 month old adjustable head bed has a gap so wide that I fall in it when I'm sleeping and get stuck.
Bob Mills won't do anything to help and said it's "normal". They referred me to the manufacturer Dormeo who agree that's it's "normal"? Really? I'm 63yo with arthritis and getting stuck in a gap at night when I'm trying to sleep just can't be safe.
I finally had to put the adjustable head at the foot so I don't wake up feeling like a turtle on my back.
I will NEVER go back to Bob Mills again. They are quick to accept your money but their customer service sucks!
Horrible experience
First salesman I dealt with was rude and hostile. I requested another salesperson and the man yanked his business card out of my 13 year old Childs hand that it left a paper cut.
That should have been a sign for the *** poor service. Purchased the furniture on a Tuesday could not get it delivered until Saturday. Saturday came around and the delivery men did not have the proper bed rails to put the bed together. Spoke to the general manager here in OKC she was full of apologies and said they couldn't get out until Tuesday to rectify the mistake.
Today is Tuesday and the new delivery person did not have everything to put the bed together and used temporary parts until the situation was corrected. Spoke to the general manager once again and she acted as if I should not be upset. She told me that the temporary bed parts are better than the originals and I should be happy with that.
My daughter gets on her bed and it tries to spring forward so either the general manager is trying to save face or I have purchased some high dollar piece of ***. Now waiting on the original pieces.
Poor Product and Service
Dealing with Bob Mills, trying to get warranty work is like working in a building whos elevator doesn't go all the way to the top. I got an email today saying my issue will be considered as resolved.
they've not done anything to resolve the issues yet.
What a joke this company is. they sell junk and screw hard working people out of their money.

Poor quality, poor service
GlideAway Bed
Very high dollar piece of junk. One of the mattresses leans to the outside badly.
They are starting to squeak. The warranty is not through Bob Mills the warranty is through the manufacturer. Didn't buy it from the manufacturer bought it from BM. The customer service is lacking.
To return it there is a 10% (TEN PERCENT) restock fee. Which is ok but you can't get your money back. You can only get your money back in BEDDING ONLY. Please be very careful purchasing one of these moving beds.
Very disappointed in the customer service from Bob Mills. Guess we'll have to take bed and pillow inventory to swap this thing out.

Bob Mills Furniture Recliner Warranty Review
Kitchen table scratches just moving plate white spots from glass
after buying table we noticed it had bubbles on the finish and then start seeing scratches on it and blamed our grandson, but then at Thanksgiving I moved a bowl over and noticed the bowl scratched the finish also white glass markes. Called Bob Mills they came out and said it wasn’t the finish but us.
I called a friend who owns his own cabinet shop came over and looked at our table and said there was a problem with the finish. Called Bob Mills would not return our calls.
Its now ben 2 years and look at the table we paid $799.00. I had my last table tor 20 years and not a scatch on it.

I regrett that I ever made a purchase at Bob Mills Furniture. I am out $3,300 for the overpriced matress that I can't sleep on.
I had to set this up on payments just so I could afford it. Now I can't afford a different mattress.
I feel like I was robbed. The sales rep made his fat commission and I am stuck making payments on this.
