Frustrating, no good communication
We looked everywhere and were recommended to Bob Mills. Checked it out, had a good salesman.
Worked well with us, except for the lack of clear communication on when our furniture would be delivered to our home.
So far, love the motion furniture. Was irritated that it took 3 weeks instead of 2 to have it delivered and when it was, the couch arms were left detached from the warehouse and after 30 minute of the delivery guys trying to attache them back, to no avail, we called the salesperson. He assured that he would have it exchanged by Friday. Well, that's not going to happen.
After dispatch called and said it would be Tuesday, Salesperson called and said it would be Tuesday. I was told that because of the Memorial Day sale they were swamped on deliveries. NOT MY FAULT!
They had my money 3 weeks before that and delivered a faulty couch. HMMMM, I am for sure shaking my head, as I will not go back unless I have to use "wonderful" 3 year insurance plan that I was talked in to.

Bait n switch! False advertising
Totally dissatisfied with the lies , false advertising and bait n switch tactics of Bob Mills! Spent half a day visiting with there sales guy selecting over $3400 worth of merchandise being led to believe we would get a $499 value tv thrown in with the deal.
SALES PLAQUES, all over the store reading $499 value , even in front of modern smart tvs and right next to the suite we bought...Well my documentation sales receipt even shows retail $499 but know one could tell you what tv it is not even bestbuy until the day you pick it up and present you with a $379 old stock HD insignia ( not smart tv at all ) why would one want this I already have 3 ?? And neither party will admit . Best buy says bob mills knows the value but Bob mills says it bestbuy deal!! Typical!
I will do everything in my power with friends in local TV to expose this deceit! Tulsa OK needs to know where not to buy!!
Worn material
Salesman lied about mattress pad replacement.
I bought 2 mattresses, 2 protectors (very expensive ones), & 3 expensive pillows. The salesman said you could get up to one replacement on protectors.
They were both expensive, within $20 if each other. The less expensive is covered in “little balls” all over it. I called the store, of course he no longer works there & the store said you have to go through the manufacturer to get any kind of warranty. That is not what the salesman led me to believe.
If a store where I spent this much $ (no financing involved ) does not honor what their salespeople are saying then they won’t be getting anymore of my $ for sure. Also, I was told yesterday a sales manager would call me back and yet I had to call them again today and go over the whole thing again because no one called me

Purchased a $7000 mattress with mood base which was another $1000. Told we had 90 nights to try it out.
The bed left my husband and I with severe neck and back pain. Long story short: They offer a 90% return policy. In other words, you can exchange the mattress for a 90% credit towards a new mattress. So, we got a $6300 credit toward another mattress.
When we get new mattress it MUST be at least $7000. With the 90% credit, we will still have to pay an additional $700 to be rid of the mattress that is causing physical problems. In addition, they take the mattress we currently have and sell it again in their discount section. Simple math: $7000 sales price, $700 minimum to exchange and the current one will be sold again for minimum of $3500.
Total profit for Bob Mills $11,200 on $7000 mattress! Don't purchase from this company!!!!!!
Protection plan is worthless
Bought a Flex Steel leather recliner plus the protection plan. The leather was dyed and not sprayed but the color in places started fading from brown to reddish brown.
The warranty for the covering had exceeded the one year by just a few days so it wasn't covered by the manufacturer. I thought and understood the protection plan we bought would cover it....NOT. I was told that was for accidential damage just as keys or something puncturing *** That was not what I was told. Overall we liked the store and the salespeople.
Buyer beware of protection plans! We had the same problem with furniture at Mathis Brothers and the plan covered repairs.
For only two senior citizens who live in this house it makes no sense the furniture is showing problems after one year. Send pics to Bob Mills when I called them.....no help unless I want to pay for repairs.

BAIT and SWITCH
We bought a supposed leather sectional from the OKC location. Immediately started having issues with it cracking.
We actually spent additional money to upgrade to what we thought was top of the line material. I have called repeatedly and always told I have to pay for repairs even though we also bought the warranty! Had someone not from the company look at it and he informed that it is cheap Pleather! I spent well over what a leather sectional cost for *** pleather!!!
If you are thinking about buying furniture run away from Bob Mills.
You'll regret any purchase you make from them! I would say that contacting them is just a waste of time as well!!!!

Delivery was a nightmare
The shopping and deal was good. When it came time for delivery, I told them when we bought it that we would not be at our new house until the afternoon and they said that was fine.
I get an automated call saying the delivery would be between 10 & 12. I called the store and told them that would not work, that I needed it in the afternoon (which the salesman told me that was fine). The delivery people and then one salesman said they could only say what day, but not any specific time. So why did they say between 10 & 12.
Why couldn't I have it between 2 & 5? We argued, I finally gave in and said ok, the next day then.
They said it was full. I cancelled my order.
Very unpleasant experience
Mattress lasted only 3 years.
I purchased a king size mattress and box springs set and after 5 years I noticed there was a dip in the mattress of my bed so I called bob mills and they told me they would warrant it but I had to have somebody come to my house and take pictures and measure the dept of the dip in the mattress and it would cost $35 or I could do it myself. I thought how sorry of them after I paid $3000 for the mattress and box springs.
Now I am looking to replace both the mattress and box springs after 3 more years. I got no help from bob mills and I will not go back.

I’m afraid I will have the same problem. We bought a $4000.00 set and the recliner I use is a piece of garbage.
It squeaks, rocks side to side, makes all kinds of noises.
Pretty sure I’m toast on getting it fixed. I’ll never buy another warranty plan on furniture.
