I have never been so lied to in all of my shopping years. My husband and I recently purchased a memory foam bed, cooling mattress cover and 2 of their 'state of the art' cooling pillows.

I was unsure about wanting the pillows and was promised that if I got them home and I didn't like it within 30 days, that I could return it with a full refund. I slept on it a couple times and hated it. I took it back and the manager, Mike, had nothing to say to me other than....we don't take them back. And then he just stood there....

I'm furious. They are $200 pillows and now I'm stuck with it. He didn't offer an apology or maybe some kind of credit... Nothing!

Horrible customer service. I will NEVER be back.

Glad I read this. Was thinking about buying a $5k mattress, but was sceptical about the "mattress cover and pillows" clause for the warranty. I will be purchasing my mattress elsewhere.
